Being a local Richmond, Virginia company and working closely with nearby companies has many advantages, one of which is quick service. Should a router fail, we will replace it the same day. Should a computer have a hardware failure, we have loaner computers we can bring onsite and configure the same day. Here at Factory7 we keep on hand a large ammount of equipment to help keep you on-line. With our systems in place, you will not lose extra work hours from hardware failure, as we will be there with replacements as soon as possible.
